شروط وسياسة الاشتراك في نادي بلانك الرياضي
يحق للمشترك تجميد الاشتراك لفترة تتناسب مع مدة اشتراكه تقوم الإدارة بتحديدها.
تكون على النحو التالي :
ايقاف ٤٠ يوم على (٣ فترات ) في اشتراك ٦ اشهر، أيقاف ٦٠ يوم على (٤ فترات ) في اشتراك السنة.
يجب مراعاة العادات والتقاليد السائدة في المملكة .والالتزام باللوانح الإرشادية والسياسات داخل النادي.
ينصح بإجراء فحص طبي مسبق قبل مزاولة الأنشطة الرياضية فإن الحالة الصحية لممشترك على مسؤوليته وأن إدارة النادي لا تتحمل مسؤولية أي مضاعفات صحية لدى المشترك لاسمح الله.
على المشترك وضع لوازمه الشخصية في الأماكن المخصصة لها وازالتها عند مغادرة النادي. فإن إدارة النادي لا تتحمل أي مسؤولية حيال المفقودات.
يتم تحديد تاريخ بداية الاشتراك وتفعيله تلقائياً بعد دفع المبلغ في نفس اليوم مالم يتم الاتفاق على تاريخ آخر محدد مسبقا.
على المشترك طلب ايقاف للتغيب عن النادي الرياضي، فلا يمكن تعويض الأيام التي لم يحضرها المشترك الا في حالة الايقاف.
يجب التعامل مع كافة أجهزة وممتلكات النادي بعناية. والعميل مسؤول عن أي تلف نتيجة سوء الاستخدام.
رقم العضوية خاص بالمشترك فقط، وسوف يؤدي سوء استخدامه إلى إلغاء الاشتراك دون أي تعويض.
للإدارة الحق في تعديل مواعيد دوام النادي أو جزء من مرافقه تبعاً لخطتها وسياستها.
لإدارة النادي الحق في إلغاء عضوية المشترك دون رد أي مبالغ مالية له في حال كان سلوكه غير منضبط.
لا يمكن استرداد مبلغ الاشتراك في حال أي ظرف. ولا يمكن نقله لمشترك اخر في حال الاشتراك بعروض النادي او خصم.
للإدارة الحق في إغلاق النادي أو جزء منه لغرض التطوير الصيانة الدورية , النظافة أو في الحالات الطارئة. وعليه سوف يتم تجميد الاشتراك.

Terms and Conditions for Plank Gym Registration
The contributor has the right to freeze the membership with the duration of her subscription, to be determined by the administration. be as follows: Suspension of 40 days in (3 periods) in a 6-month Suspension of 60 days in (4 periods) in a year.
The prevailing customs and traditions in the Kingdom must be taken into account, and the guidelines and policies within the gym must be adhered to.
It is advised to conduct a prior medical examination before engaging in sports activities, as the participant's health condition is at his own risk and the gym's management is not responsible for any health complications of the participant.
The member must put his personal belongs in the places designated for it, and remove it when leaving the gym. The gym management does not bear any responsibility for lost items.
The start-up date is determined and activated automatically after payment is made on the same day, unless pre-determined date is agreed upon.
The member must request a suspension for being absent from the gym.
The days that the member did not attend cannot be compensated, except in the case of suspension.
All gym equipment and property must be handled with care, and the member is responsible for any damage due to misuse.
The membership number is for the member only, and misuse of it will lead to cancellation of the membership without any compensation.
The administration has the right to amend the gym's working hours or part of its facilities according to its plan and policy.
The gym's management has the right to take any disciplinary action toward the members and cancel her membership without refunding he any sums of money if she misbehave.
The registration amount is not refundable at any circumstance. And cannot be transferred to other member once its registered in an offer.
The administration has the right to close the gym or part of it for the purpose of development, periodic maintenance, cleanliness or in emergency cases. Accordingly, the membership will be frozen.
